If a different product type is delivered against your order the product will be immediately replaced in the earliest timeline possible with the correct product.
We provide Cash on Delivery and online payment using the third-party payment gateways, based on /Debit and Credit Card Payments/Wallet payments/UPI.
Neelithal shall not be liable for any default in receipt of payments due, payment failure of the server, or failure of payment due to the service provider through digital payment or credit cards and wallets.
In case of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, Neelithal will not be able to deliver the order and are not eligible for refunds.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
